I have watched the last two games and the difference has been:

For TB: clutch hitting - in particular with two outs...

For Red Sox: Less than clutch relief...

That's it - two good teams and the sox have come up al ittle short in both games so far but against a lesser team the sox would have won both...

As for baron...I think Miami is a scrap heap right now - marion is gone this off season and from all i read beasley is just trade bait for next off season...feel badly for dwayne wade....not really though b/c his championchip run was the worst nba finals run i've watched in my lifetime...it was like watching everything you loved about a sport evaporate into thin air - maybe i'm not tuned enough to the nba but it seemed like that was the moment the nba turned into a drive and get fouled - can't touch a guard when he has the ball - league...imagine if dj was covering wade in the finals that year - he would have fouled out in the first quarter of every game....cut to now and the league is full of guys whose soul goal is to draw fouls...they know it...the defenders know it (which means now they try to spend all day drawing charges)..the officials know it too..but they call fouls like crazy....i miss the days when teams really had to fight to win...

here's what i think: the playoffs this year were pretty physical..but i'd say they only compare to regular season games from 15 years ago...and that's a shame..
